Who We Are

We are a newly registered childcare. We will provide a curriculum that is focused on State standards but rich in morals, social emotional, and cognitive development. Your child will learn and explore through play.
 Our Staff
A.S. We Grow Childcare is owned and operated by Amanda Clark and Sierra Ertle. Amanda holds an Associate of Science Degree and is currently working towards her Bachelor Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on Early Childhood Education, Wellness and Psychology. Amanda has a wealth of experience working with children of all different capabilities and ages.
Sierra Ertle is the mother of two children, 7 and 5. Sierra  is working towards her credentials in Early Childhood Education. Sierra has been working in childcare and supervision for over ten years.
She is also the Sunday school superintendent at Springfield Assembly of God.  Sierra is CPR and First Aide Certified.
